      Pros

      Vice President is a great guy. Fair, intelligent, honest and straightforward. He knows his job very well. They use excellent in house developed software. Good final product.

      Kontras

      The president is a poor manager of people. He shows little respect for the employees. He reacts with anger rather than leads. He is not proactive in leading and is quick to blame others when things don't go the way he wants.

      The president no longer works for CSW. The Vice President has taken the role of CEO. Lots of management changes here at CSW and looking forward to a bright future.

      Pros

      Great people to work with and very friendly atmosphere with good moral . Beautiful finished product comes out of this shop. The senior management pays employees well if you show you are deserving of it.

      There are a couple of cons, but they have good reasons behind them. Long hours and working on the weekends when the company is busy, but it looks good on payday. Rush, rush, rush, but it keeps the companies head above water, helps us get jobs, and keeps everyone working and out of the unemployment line

      A great comment of where we were. We have made a lot of changes to correct our what we have done in the past.
