Great peers and most leaders are pretty outstanding - Benefits - Empathy that allows for flexibility when needed - Awesome workspace/workplace - Top leadership cares, and are bringing in new upper management that care - Opportunity to grow, though it is competitive! - A company that is trying to be the best it can be and not lose to other similar companies

- Pay is average (those that say it's awful obviously don't know any better as this is their first real job out of college) - A few bitter, entitled, bad seeds that expect promotions, tons of money for a mostly entry level job, and constant praise (my parents warned me about these peers) - Due to communication across departments and locations, sometimes people can be aggressive/defensive (not the norm, but it comes up) - Technology needs improvement!
