The lower management is amazing, caring and compassionate for their employees.

We have had late paychecks, up to 11 days, for the past 6 months. We have all been putting up with this for far too long. We have been told no more late paychecks after the first of the year. Well, we are 2 months in and 2 late paychecks. We were told in December we would get compensation pay for the late fees that we are all accruing over the past 6 months, haven't seen that yet either. It's really sad when our manager offers to give all the techs at Christmas because they feel so bad having to be the middleman through all this.

Pay has been dreadfully inconsistent since Sept 2023, getting paid up to 11 days late. 401k contributions stopped in 2023 and have not restarted. BS explanations from upper mgmt when they aren't being completely silent. Company wide meetings no longer end with Q and A sessions; chat during meetings blocked. Millions of dollars currently being invested according to sr leadership but they are broke by the time payroll needs to run. Irresponsibly continuing to hire new employees throughout without disclosing payroll issues.
