- Very high turnover in Middle Management which are the staff that get things done - Plant Managers have been revolving doors which speaks to inability at the executive level or poor decisions in fit - President/CEO is unqualified and lacking manufacturing experience which shows why the factory has such high turnover in salaried and hourly positions - The culture the owners want is not carried forth by their executive team - The owners are weak enough not to take action on the problems with their management team - High amounts of overtime which affects work/life balance
