Could be the best workplace ever! - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Custom Color Corp: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Custom Color Corp is hands down one of the best companies to work for in the KC metro area. All three owners are on site nearly every day, and all of my co-workers are simply awesome people to work with. We have a work hard - play hard mentality which is hard to come by. You simply will not find a better group of people to work FOR or WITH. I hope to stay at Custom Color for a very long time.

I really don't have any cons to report!

The original Custom owners were amazing. All three different. All completely appreciated and cared for their employees. Matt Keith was an amazing person to work for.. He was loyal, fair, and was not afraid to work in back with employees. He knew how the processes worked, and would troubleshoot along with production employees to make sure the outcome was always positive. The atmosphere was fun, laid back, but we were the BEST at what we did. Management was amazing. Mike Lecos was sometimes hard to get along with, but he knew the business and was only hard on you to make you better. Mark Lloyd was amazing has production manager. Knew the business, worked the hours, and did his very best. Rob in Warehouse was approachable, cared for his employees, but needed to be more hands on. Jesse in HR was fun, wanted what was best for employees, and allowed me to chat with her when I had a concern or an issue to bring up. Custom Color was the best, and all of us former employees miss it!

It was sold to GSP. Nothing positive about the acquisition, although we try not to fault Custom Color for selling. Still sucks because it was a wonderful company to work for.
