Great Company to work for

Human Resources is great, dispatch and maintenance is second to none.

The loaders harass female drivers. Intentionally loading incorrectly to make it so drivers can’t go home on the weekends. If that isn’t enough they literally hire someone to babysit you in the yard with binoculars to watch everything you do. They will uphold rules for female drivers that they don’t uphold for other drivers. Then stopped paying me my per diem all together. The last three weeks of employment they refused to pay me for empty miles (they claim that all miles pay but they don’t pay you for all miles if you’re a female driver) sent me on a 300 mile run to get an empty trailer and never paid me for it.
