      Staff discounts and other benefits

      Kontras

      Long hours on late shift. Constant changes to contract, working hours and bonus scheme to the detriment of staff. Very high staff turnover because of micro managing and earnings not as expected.

      The team truly cares for your time in and outside of work. The leadership doesn't micromanage but instead just checks in and protects your time if you have too many projects.
