The product itself is one of the biggest pro. There's vision in the leadership team and full support of the umbrella organization, Fractal Analytics who believe the disruptive opportunity the product creates in the space of Business Analytics. I think this is one of the very few places where one gets to go reallllllly deep into solving any problem and not go by any impulsive, top-of-the mind ideas that may break down the line. The opportunity of this kind is seldom found. The people here are fantastic and one of the nicest and smartest I've had the privilege to work with and everyday I look forward to coming to work.

Not really a con but rather the journey of any startup. Having being part of Fractal Analytics, we neither operate like a true startup nor a full corporate; definitely more startup for sure. We do have a long way forward to build and bring in a balanced mix of hustle, hyper-energy while keeping sustainable mind space for deep learning and growth.
