No team work at all. The PMO has a boss-like structure, but no leaders. Micromanagement is the only tool to solve everything. They request full office work to project managers, but only to micromanage and hunt people. No technical support at all. Total decoupling between company values and reality. Project managers fight for getting solutions from the teams, everybody pulling for their own sides. No room for new ideas or improvement.
