Salary on time. Good for freshers.

Lack of empathy, Leadership is coercive, transactional. India leadership is even bad, Actually it is not leadership, Everything is measured by one yard static , No collaboration within india team or india-usa team. Lot of politics, every one is trying to save there job.

The few people left in the trenches are the Heroes!!!!

Cubic found a way to normalize the abnormal. No amount of hustle will fix a place that runs on Dysfunction. No level of loyalty will reform leadership that protects its own bad behavior. Culture rewards politics over performance. Accountability only flows downward. Highest performers are exhausted and the worst behavior is excused that's an Infrastructure problem. It's not my job to fix a company that is comfortable being broken.
