Everything else about the job from the location to the people was just awful. I was even assaulted at work by a drunk belligerent customer and was fired for defending myself. This is not a career path, this is just another stepping stone you should step off as soon as you can find something better. If there is zero loyalty to your employees why should they have any loyalty for their employers?
