Pros
There is very little micro-managing going on here, and little to no supervision. If you are good at and care about your job, you will love it! It gives you the opportunity to be creative and handle things how you would like to. Everyone who has worked there for a while is amazing. They are such nice people. The employee rate for the hotel chain is amazing! I loved staying at all the hotels for next to nothing. If you work the front desk and participate in selling the Tuacahn packages, they give you free tickets to every show each season! I will miss that...

Management is quite flaky. Take any promises or guarantees with a grain of salt. They seem super flexible with schedules, but you will be forced into more hours than you want once people start quitting. There is definitely a personnel problem here and they cannot hang on to employees. There are no benefits for hourly employees whatsoever. The building itself is in need of an overhaul, but this is a small company and they can't afford to fix much. As a result, you get quite a few complaints.
