1. Poor management.
2. Biased approach.
3. All powers (including your salary, your hike) lie in the hands of the immediate supervisor. Concerns shared to the HR/upper management against the supervisor will not be taken any action on.
4. No upward feedback system.
5. Very less yearly hike in comparison to the current market standards. The yearly hike won't even be able beat the current inflation rate.
6. Toxic environment (I quit to keep my mental peace in place).
7. No training culture.
