      The company lacks: - structure - processes - maturity - transparency Unable to have good work life balance as they micromanage with no other option. Do not recommend at all.

      Very strange this comment, when Crossjoin is ISO 9001 certified , ISO 27001 certified and for the second consecutive year achieved the Best Place to work award.

      They pay above average. Some people are really helpful

      Micromanagemenet is heavy, there is no working hours concept ( you can work at 21:00 and if you dont answer call directly at evenning, they will criticise you ) They dont care people psychology, Burnout inevitable.
