The longer you are there you start noticing that management is looking for reasons not to give raises. They aren't very good at balancing your work load and still expect you to get everything done no matter how busy the phones are. Management doesn't seem to cats how bad moral gets in the department. It's a corporate company very much in favor of the company, not so much in favor of the clients.
Pay fluctuates quarter to quarter.
