The job itself isn't very challenging, it's fairly easy and doable.

Kontras

Management blames the decrease in productivity and inefficiency to the staff, when they're the ones to blame. They like double checking everything done which consumes so much time, that instead of us being able to move on the next task we'd have to go over what we've just accomplish again.

It's an ISO certified company where we have lots of training, and where proactivity and ideas for any improvement in our day to day are encouraged. It's refreshing to see a company where, it's not just about the bottom line, but at the end of the day, patient care and data integrity are our ultimate concern.
