Unlimited PTO but is really based on what department you’re in and if you have coverage.

Not flexible with hybrid/remote - during the pandemic everyone was remote. Now requirements are multiple days in office. Poor management to the extreme. Manager was a complete bully making every one extremely uncomfortable during meetings. I’ve never seen a single individual belittle so many people, at a directors level nonetheless. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and it created a very hostile and uncomfortable work environment. The turn over rate in some areas is crazy. Teams turning over completely in less than a year. HR is useless and doesn’t want to intervene when there’s obvious issues in a department.
