Work from home - huge! Opportunity to work with a variety of projects in pharma, IVD, and medical devices. Internal teams are very supportive, and they consistently check in to ensure the workload is manageable. They will pull in extra help if needed for the project. A lot of paid holidays, unlimited PTOs, and the company is closed between Christmas and New Year.

As a CRO, we often encounter clients with changing scopes and deadlines, which can be stressful. No 401(k) match.

Work is delivered poorly by these teams, management disrespects the opinions of seasoned writers. Don't waste your time and energy.
