WFH, No weekends, and that’s it!

Terrible manager! She was always negative when dealing with her. After meeting with her for the last time I resigned because I could no longer stomach her attitude. Although, our team lead tried and I actually liked her she was under the other lady and couldn’t do much about the mistreatment. This was the first time I ever left a job with no other job lined up. This place will bring out the worse in your mental health.

Plenty of pros if you are willing to be a person who lacks integrity. Just know you won’t be well compensated for it.

The way they view and treat their employees is nothing short of disgusting. This is a “sell your soul for money” establishment, with the audacity to pay poorly. They “encourage” their employees to leave positive reviews, because the CEO has the emotional maturity of a child and is unable to receive constructive criticism, and is unwilling to work with the people he hired. Everything is a power struggle. I can confirm that they do not honor 2-week notices, and will fire on the spot (EGO). I can confirm that the cancer trickles from the top down, and it reflected in the remaining leadership staff (I say remaining because they bleed staff). I can confirm that SOME people get away with not working. They are always hiring because people are always leaving, and it’s definitely the company, and not the people. Morale was very low, and it was difficult to positively lead a team when I had to answer for the poor actions of Leadership. There was no room for mistakes, and they were handled poorly, however, all mistakes made by leadership was overlooked. There’s no career advancement for the majority of workers, and those who “advance” quickly learn why the previous employee vacated that position. Seriously lost their HR person 2 times in 2 years, due to maltreatment and ego.
