15 min morning break, 45 min lunch breaks, eat food on the clock, smoke cigarettes in the warehouse, learn spanish.

Kontras

Low pay, no advancement, unsafe work environment, favoritism, nepotism. You will be harassed if your an natural citizen. If you are on-time, never late, never sick it does not matter to management. Hard work is not rewarded at all.

Pros

The area management is amazing and very supportive. The customers are tough to deal with at times but management is great about stepping in if something gets out of hand.

Kontras

They offer quarterly bonuses but don't expect to meet the requirements and if you do don't expect to be paid the bonus. The minimum requirements for a bonus are set by Home Depot corporate and based off of customer reviews. No one I worked with in flooring ever received and bonus.
