Complete lack of flexibility; rigid no work-from-home policy despite feasibility 8. Management appears indifferent to employee well-being and burnout 9. High-pressure environment with unrealistic expectations and no recognition 10. Demotivating culture that discourages growth, fairness, and accountability 11. Overall, a draining and frustrating place to work with little respect for employees

So far, I have not observed anything like that

Organisation has significant internal policies, which can created always negative work environment. AVP and HR interactions is worst in terms of professionalism communication and all employees support. Based on my experienced, i would suggest stay unemployed at home is far better over joining this unhealthy work environment.
