Pros
The company is growing quickly and the company outlook seems very positive. There's always a lot of work to do, and everyday you're learning something new...it's a great place to learn! The company really cares about its employees; and is always doing things to show its appreciation. The employee healthcare program is excellent, and HR/management is very understanding and good to work with. Overall a great place to work with many different career opportunities in IT.

At times, there is little guidance or instruction, mainly because how busy the company is. Other reviews say how cramped the office is (it was only because how quickly the company has grown)...however, they have expanded to a second building to accommodate all the new employees.
