The management is by far the reason there is incredibly high turnover. It’s toxic and unorganized at best. It’s very much a do as I say not as I do culture. Management is often not on site and has a very loose attendance policy compared to the staff. If you say something that’s not liked you become a target and lies are made up to get you out the door. Nobody can be trusted. No good, hard working employees stay much beyond one year and that says a lot.
