From the moment your hired you are brainwashed by upper management that "we save lives everyday". This is honestly the complete opposite of what they believe in, every human being is just a dollar sign for this company and there only motive is profit and monopolization of the blood banking industry. they preach that our opinion matters but when you input an idea that could really help out your team and just everyday working environment they shut it down and then implement a process that makes your work 10x more difficult and then expect you to meet there metrics. Management only wants to change something that will make them look good in the long run. If you work on the weekend shift good-luck even being seen because your manager and supervisor will just laugh in your face when you have an opinion on things that could change. Employees: The employees are the only amazing part of the company we are bonded together by the negativity and issues management and upper management bring towards us. We only care for each other and make sure we all work together to complete that task assigned to us from management that they didn't "feel" like doing or better yet, trying to fix the issues that management has caused because they decided to implement horrible processes. COVID 19 You can ask each an every individual employee in this lab doesn't matter what location Creative Testing Solutions did NOTHING to help there employees during the pandemic. they threatened jobs and cut hours but the work load only increased. When hospitals and other competing blood labs are offering there employees incentives and hazard pay to work during these rough times Creative Testing Solutions did absolutely nothing. When an employee asked the Director of Operations in a quarterly meeting during this time what CTS was doing for there employees to help us the Director proceeded to belittle all of us and ask us "what else do we want? we have jobs, you guys get paid, we get you food? what else is needed?" this was one of the most major eye opening remarks that made EVERY employee in the meeting shocked that the Director would even rudely respond to us like that as we were all extremely overworked and under a lot of extreme pressure. While management was at home safe employees were forced to wipe down every 4 hours and that's pretty much the extent of the protection procedures we had in place for COVID. HR: HR is strictly there to make sure CTS doesn't look bad. they haven't had a consistent Human Resource employee since before I was even employed. The HR people they do hire are extremely underqualified and don't even know how to do there jobs and so when you ask them questions they never get back to you. You constantly have to go over there heads because of the constant misinformation they give you.
