The pay, working on your own, can kinda make your own schedule.

The job itself is good...I work on my own and nobody really bothers me but the communication... OMGoodness, what communication?!! There is so little communication! It gets frustrating especially when you need supplies or something is wrong with the app we clock in and out on or you just simply need a quick answer.
