The people in the company who you work with are really nice. They are all friendly and maintain a good environment in the company.

Firstly, the 5 star ratings that these guys are getting are by these guys themselves. Nobody in the company thought that it deserved even one star. There are plenty. To start with, 1. No work life balance. 2. No proper rules or regulations have been set up. 3. Work pressure is too high, they expect you to work on multiple projects. A lot of their team members left the company and so they give their work to you, it gets really hectic. 4. Holidays are way to less. They start cutting from your salary almost instantly. 5. No overtimes given, although you'll end up staying late a lot. No one will acknowledge that and you'll have to come to office again at time the next day. 6. Salary is pretty low and a lot of times gets delayed.

You get to learn new things from different projects. There are deadlines here but if taken in a positive way, that CAN improve your skill set in a short period of time. The founders were co-operative and they listen to each and every opinion of yours. They have activities and the company holds a party/even in every four months.

Hectic Deadlines. Even if you're are a minute late from the 5 minute grace period, your HALF Day's salary gets deducted. No proper way of rating an employee which OVERSHADOWS the efforts of an individual. Salary is very less as compared to market standards. More working hours.
