This company needs is very misleading and a scam. The company hires and compensates their employees based on the owner Stephanie using medicaid billing to provide capital to pay her employees . The clinic is located in a distressed area with little to no resources for the clients . The company has only 3-4 clients . There are no benefits , 401k, health , vision etc. There is no HR department. There is no tracking system for your hours other than someone “from the office” manually writing them down on a sheet of paper. I was expected to work for a month without any pay or knowledge of when to expect pay. They abuse their employees and do not have what it takes to run a business better yet a clinical practice . I’m not even sure how parents could even trust this company with their child. There is no training at all. I had a client for almost a month and never met with his Behavior Analyst once. This company is a hustle for the owner Stephanie . They do not invest in the children what so ever. The size of the clinic is the size of your kitchen and laundry room combined . There is no professional the lady who sits at the front desk wears flip flops . In my whole 4 years of ABA practice this company is the worst. They have violated every HIPPA and code of ethics and I doubt they will be in business for much longer.
