The only issue is the lack of personal life balance.

although the company vision is great the co founders are amazing and will learn a lot.

but there is a toxic culture , there are blames also people say things at back, also the hr manager says thing behind their backs, and my problem was never listened and never got any solution because how can i go and discuss my problem when there is no confidentiality...and no solution, you can survive the work but not the toxicity....its high time now where they need to maintain this and solve people problems.
