Not a great team culture - very toxic. Owners don't greet you. More leadership, less micromanagement. Long hours, expected to stay late and work until 9/10pm every night. High turnover of staff was a big red flag at the start. No talking or listening to music when the owners are around. Overcharge customers due to their high expenses of running multiple offices and managment salaries. No structure or processes, anyone fills in when or where they can.

Great ideas are championed, decades of experience in the team, great global network, amazing F500 client list. Family owned often a positive.
