Only pro was unlimited PTO, but even then got into you for actually using it.

Tina Tran was brought in and started firing employees and labeled it lay offs so she bring in her own friends. HR always sides with the upper management. Not room to grow. No raises in the two years I was there and no bonuses were handed out either. Better off with another start up
