I am the sole owner of my company and am not tied to or work under any other companies. I also hire and pay on a w2 basis, so nobody is hired as a contractor, as you state. MLMs are not legal business models with W2 employment. Everybody is an employee with signed payment contracts, so I am legally bound to pay exactly what is agreed upon and often pay additional, ongoing bonuses. I run my company on a basis of integrity, compassion, and transparency. I would love to have a conversation directly with you to address your concerns.
