Founders are extremely unprofessional, micromanage people's work and always come with a high-ego posture to all the meetings. They're the first ones to blame the team but never provide real constructive feedback. They often push for "social activities" just to mascarade how bad their actual workstyle and culture is. Upon my resignation from the company, they started a "witch-hunt" that persisted even after my contract with them was over. CEO reached his childish and unprofessionalism peak by completely ignoring my leave and not speaking directly with me until my last day but came personally after me when I refused to sign a document they sent me 10 days after my employment termination. No words describe the immense lack of respect during and post-employment.
