Seriously poverty pay for so much depending on the sales associate whether be it inventory or stock or having to work the floors alone because other associates stay in the back and do paperwork for hours on end not to mention the points on the website that you can't promote if you don't touch the till so the assistant manager gets them all anyway so for the few trial size freebies given every month being thrown under the bus even though being a licensed hairstylist and thinking that you're part of a team when in reality the others are just waiting and plotting to get you off the team is a few reasons why I left
