Pros
Work in small teams of 4-6, but usually work in larger office with different teams . Everyone is friendly and happy to help if your team is busy, and you can earn good commission if can hit targets. Great hours - Mon - Fri so no weekends! There are also suppliers that come in often and bring lunch and goodies and I went on a few famils/educationals as well so there are some good benefits. Also very big on promoting within, so there is good chance of progression.
Kontras
I didn't feel it as much in Corporate Traveller compared to working in retail for Flight centre, but they have a few social events that are kind of mandatory and can get a bit annoying. However it's usually only once a month. The other thing is you usually have a lower base compared to other companies (In general) but higher commission, so sometimes it takes you a while to develop your accounts and start making money, but once you do, I think you probably earn a higher wage than other TMC's. It can be hard to budget though. Also I didn't like the mandatory uniform. One major con is that you don't have an admin team to do your invoicing or debt chasing which can sometimes be a huge burden when your busy with your job - booking travel! A lot of companies have an accounting team that does this all for you so this is a bit of a frustration for me still.
