Solid pay, solid benefits, friendly and relaxed work culture, great work-life balance if you’re good at managing your time/work. Initially there is a lot of room for growth. Very flexible hybrid work, two days in was the standard and they can be flexible in situations where you need it. If you’re interested in getting face-to-face interactions with Fortune 500 clients, you can do that about a year and a half in if you are good at job. You get to write a lot and strengthen your professional writing skills.

If you’re looking for a long-term career, the promotion/growth opportunity will eventually stagnate. The work is so niche that you may have a hard time finding a new job if you decide to move on, but you should be fine. It is also a lot of pretty repetitive and dry work.
