Pros

Sales managers are all amazing, kind people. Hard work is rewarded all the time. Training is top tier. Data and tech are pretty good. Management wants to see you succeed and will help you when you struggle. Lots of opportunities for growth if you want to move up, otherwise a pretty easy job if you just get your work done and hit your targets and go home at 4:30. Decent benefits!

Kontras

Upper sales leadership seems to be pretty toxic. Not a whole lot of office culture or camaraderie. Base pay is pretty low.
