Pros

Working Remotely Decent territories Products can be helpful to businesses. Many decent people in mid level positions. Company is growing.

Kontras

Compensation Management is very disorganized and unable to recognize the talent they have in their employees and how to utilize it. Very little trust and a lot of back biting among employees. Horrible customer service. The products are based on customers failing to pay their bills so they can be hit with astronomical fees. To many paper tiger sales managers that hide behind spreadsheets and infantile sales training's.

Pay and benefits. Insurance was good as well.

Management is extremely self focused and does not care for their emplyees.
