10yThank you for your review. We are happy to see you have a positive outlook for our company. The commission structure is set so sales leaders can maximize their earning potential. With the current structure we have several employees in the sales department earning over 100K per year. The great news is we are currently reviewing all elements of the commission structure and are looking to make it even more competitive for our reps.
