No support from management. 0 training. Boys club only the select favorites get leads Upper management never checks in with employees When they fire you $0 severance they don't care what you produced year over year Employees given jobs without posting for the opportunity Base salary way lower than the norm and they don't give raises!!! They don't care about their employees

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Kontras

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
