Pros
Job security/stability is highly assured.
Staff welfare is fairly considered.
Hybrid work mode exists.
Pay is one of the best in the industry and it is timely.
Kontras
1. Room for growth in pay and career is small as job grades and steps in each grade are too much. Also, the structure in units is one in which there is so much gap between the head of the unit and those who do the job, and staff who are not team leads or managers do the jobs of team leads or managers without being recognised and appreciated for it.
2. Systems and processes are still backwards.
3. Facilities and amenities are not modern.
4. Some level of toxicity from line managers exists.
