Great Little Company - This company has a large healthy customer base for daily business with consists of support, or new installs. The front desk / scheduler(s) have lots of experience and prevent chaos. The call and ticket volume is quite high, but the response times are impressive. Good secure place to stay busy. Place to learn new IT skills and grow.
Kontras
In my experience the company needs to implement more documentation control and better processes for projects. The daily operations consisted of too many instances of having to rely on tribal knowledge about past projects that need support. Hopefully they have already improved in this area.
