Great working environment and great boss

Not any cons that I can think of

4 day work week and hour long lunch break.

Always out of parts, management/supervisors are terrible(not knowledgeable, petty, vindictive), not allowed to talk to people from other departments even if it is necessary to complete job, will get punished for asking legitimate questions (management/supervisors take questions as personal attacks on them)
