Pros

Full time, which is rare for retail. That's about it. Supposedly it is easy to move up in the company but I hope that I don't have to stay here long enough to find out.

A lot of alcoholics and rude people shop here. They also except you to do like fifty different tasks every single day while handling ridiculously long lines simultaneously all for a pitiful $8 per hour. Also you do not get any breaks whatsoever so your feet are going to get ruined from standing for 7-8 hours a day, and sometime you get scheduled 9 days in a row so it gets very exhausting. Coworkers are very unprofessional and swear casually with the customers.

Upon reflection, there were no real Pros

I actually left this company much sooner than 2021, but I was not given the option to go further back. Anyways, I left the company for higher wages and I became an auditor with Corner store as one of my customer accounts. The reason why I lost that job was because cornerstone was the majority of my accounts that I serviced. Not only did I get screwed over, but so did the Cornerstore employees who worked hard every day. They were promised they would not lose their jobs once the new companies took over the stores, but that was a lie. The president of this company couldn't even give a good reason why she opted to pull business out of California.
