Where do I start? The commission structure is about 10 years behind it’s time. Most agencies offer 45k base plus 10% commission, not Coretech! You start at 40k base and work on a slide scale of 3,5,7 and max out at 10%. Since I have been with the company I saw 17 people come and go, it’s a very toxic work environment. As for consultants, CoreTech will do anything to make a few bucks, they don’t care about the contractors, average markup to a client is 30-40%, if you want to make money don’t work for CoreTech.
