Fast, direct remote worker response to resources and contacts. Workers don't get abandoned in a brand or chain. Workers don't get hired and then left to fend for themselves. Great teamwork!

The benefits could deliver more and offer more bonuses to employees, paid federal holidays, and expand insurance options. Perkspot would be great for contract workers for a start.
