Solid hours, pay and people

Not super professional with work

There is a lot of variety in terms of learning different instruments in the lab.

Management is very disorganized and there's a lot of pressure on Analysts. Some coworkers were professional but I can recall many times when other coworkers were downright disrespectful, condescending, and/or rude. The training is terrible/non-existent at times and asking for help from coworkers can be like pulling teeth. For someone straight out of college this jobs feels like being set up to fail.
