upper management doesn't prioritize a clean and safe studio, cuts costs and corners wherever they can - including at your paycheck. they rely on the yoga instructors to work the front desk and students and instructors to clean the studio instead of hiring professional cleaners. The yoga students who clean the studio (mostly young high school or college students) literally PAY the studio a discounted membership fee to take classes and as part of the deal have to clean the studio. it's insane. just hire cleaners and give a student discount.
