-Murky point system pay -Long hours you don't get paid for -Two split days off -When the company misplaces equipment techs returned they'll just charge the techs for them and deduct it from their pay. They tried it with me and did it to a bunch of employees. -Management gets paid based on how many jobs get completed so they load technicians daily schedules up with an unrealistic amount of jobs that can't be done in the time allotted so the techs are always behind schedule which makes the average day 10 - 12 hours which you never see overtime for and gets them poor customer service reviews for always being behind and that lowers their score which dictate how much you get paid per point.
