Well let’s start off that the benefits are horrible, pay is mediocre, turnover is consistent in the warehouse and transportation. Human Resources is non-existent. We used to have one but now we have two, either way they are both bad at their jobs and never in the office. The office people just care about themselves only,

Pros

Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.
