Good people and good pay. The benefits are good and the 401k match is good. The managers care and upper level managers come out to talk to us and ask how we are. I have never seen that at places I worked. HR is really nice and you can go see them whenever you want. at my last job you had to call to see if HR had time for you. They come out just to say hi and talk to people and the office people always say hi and smile The breakroom is a good size
